TERMS OF BUSINESS

Simply K9 Ltd will only accept dogs that:

Have an ID tag with information required by law on: Name of owner, first line of address and post code anything else is optional.

Has a microchip.

Wear a safe fixed collar suitable for size and weight of the dog (unless medical reason dictates). Halti’s and harnesses will only be used in

conjunction with fixed collars as stated previously.

Dogs must be vaccinated and kept up to date.

1. Simply K9 Ltd will accept your dog(s) for day care for the period of time agreed.
2. Any foods that the dog(s) requires must be provided in pre-weighed out receptacles.
3. Any medication that your dog(s) requires must also be provided with written instructions.
4. The customer will inform Simply K9 Ltd fully of any characteristics of the dog(s) which needs to be known for handling and care of the dog(s) for example any medical issues.
5. Simply K9 Ltd will keep your dog(s) on a lead whenever out of the day care facility, unless specifically authorised by the customer, so far as it is practical, as long as the dog(s) is not a nuisance or a danger to anyone, or any other animal, and that no harm comes to it and responds to being recalled. Simply K9 Ltd will provide appropriate receptacles for the removal of your dog(s) faeces in any public / private place also ensuring that at all times Simply K9 Ltd are working in line with the local council’s legislation.
6. Simply K9 Ltd will obtain any emergency veterinary care that may be necessary during the time in their care. Every effort will be made to contact the customer prior to obtaining emergency care and if the regular veterinarian is unavailable then a local alternative veterinarian will be used. The customer is responsible for any charges related to the emergency care.
7. Payment must be received on collection of your dog.
8. Simply K9 Ltd requires 24 hours’ notice for any booking being cancelled, otherwise the full amount will be required to be paid for.
9. We also put pictures of your dog on Facebook on a daily basis, please do let us know if you are not happy with this and we will ensure we do not put them on.
